You two know your Rangeys so well... Hats off! Great showcase for a RRC V8! (I have the same one, 4 door Plymouth Blue, but the gentrified version with front spoiler and side steps ;) ) Looking forward to your next vid you crazy Aussies! :)
Video Enjoyed, Hope you found your Pub coz it looks like you earned a Bev and a feed. I reckon that track hasnt seen traffic in a while before you blokes either. Not a Pootrol or Jeep friendly trip
James Lindley yes high tough axles all round with Ashcroft cv, crown wheels and lockers. The other on 35’s has Toyota centers custom built with custom 31spline axles and longfeild cv
Hey fellas, me and a mate did this track today, in the bloody rain haha looks like we followed the same track you did down the other side possibly. We went around that fallen tree and ended up on a really overgrown track, which ended up having a fairly hairy water crossing and then ended up coming out on private land. Does that sound the same as where you went? We didn't see a turn off anywhere. Cheers.
That is the one. I didn't post anything past the tree due to ending on private land. It is true the track is a dead-end unless you go through private land
What tyre pressures where you running? Or was it wetter than it looked? You made that look hard, I've done that track multiple times and even seen a express van on 31s get up it a couple of years ago
I think around 22-25psi. Not sure what it was like a few years ago. It’s a fun track and we do tend to try the harder line just to keep it interesting. It wasn’t that wet. We did do it mid year in the pouring rain and snow that made it a handful
@@Dlawler if I run lower that 18 I tend to spin the rims and the Tyres stay sill. I’ve trashed a few that way. On occasion I’ll drop them further if required. It’s my last line of defense if I get well jammed up
@@V8RangeRoversGoingNutts Was referring to the return at the end of the rear bumper ! do they not get caught up some ? though guess body needs clearance to roll around some
Number 1 vehicle needs to take a lesson on throttle control from number 2 vehicle. Sounds good, looks shithouse, especially when number 2 idles through the same shite.
Classic just Gets Down and does the business ! Ultimate respect for RRC's

tony66au you would get a Patrol or cruiser through it if setup right. We did find a beer and a snack.
Both Rangeys look Way way Cooler/Business like, than anything since to come out of Land Rover
Hey. I'd love to know where this track is. Myself and a few mates are heading from Adelaide and would love to tackle this

Have you fitted 24 spline Heavy Duty half shafts to cope with the 33's

@@V8RangeRoversGoingNutts Didn't see your reply. Yeah makes sense why you didn't post anything. Bloody good track anyway.

@@V8RangeRoversGoingNutts yeah we tend to do the harder lines aswell, but we also tend to go 14-16psi on that track.
