Scary stuff! My dad had a seizure 10 years ago while at work and suffered a broken neck, so this hits home to me regardless of it’s a backup or starter!

One of the Bosses at my old job had a heart attack in the middle of a meeting and the Marketing Chic performed CPR and managed to revive him. The paramedics showed up and he went back into Cardiac Arrest again and he barely survived

And keep a defibrillator home. They are around $700 bucks but damn....

Of course, we can’t question WHY so many young, healthy adults are suffering from blood clots, myocarditis, cardiac arrest, and so much more🙄.
