At 2:06 it is the subwoofer for the picture author's 2.1 sound system. SoundSticks series by Harman-Kardon. You can see one of the satellites right behind it. It's a pretty unique sound system as it's made of transparent plastic and glass.
You can barely see the subwoofer's down-facing driver at the very bottom of the shape, with most of the dome forming a resonant cavity and the reflex port going through the center.

Thanks for sharing my setup! I totally forgot I sent it in 😂. The clear jellyfish looking thing is a subwoofer. Yep on MacBook for work. I’m left handed thus the omni on the right stick. And spot on about the ergonomics. The joysticks lineup perfectly with my armrest on my chair, very comfy to fly. And I don’t have any issues with the mouse in the middle of my desk. That mouse pad is pretty large, maybe 35cm square.
