Evening walks in Rome are very special to me. We had our cute little hotel a six minutes walk from the Colosseum . We would walk every morning to the Rome City centre via Piazza Venezzia and Via del Corso. In the evening walking back to our hotel, we would see the Colosseum all lit up , we would sit on one of the benches near the Roman Forum ruins and just enjoy the magical atmosphere around us. Such special memories of my own Roman Holiday!😊😊

I watched your morning walk and this evening walk. Is the structure no longer open to the public? Only open during certain hours?
It's open during the day and also doing actual church service. They started requiring a ticket last year. I'll be posting up a hotspots video of the inside as well.
