I think he did way too much by posting himself dropping the rose on the floor. It was disrespectful. He talks about what God wants for him. How does he know God wasn't testing him to see how he would handle such a situation? Instead of people talking about how he handled the mistake with class, they're either dragging him or making excuses for his behavior.
You can't say you don't want the spotlight and go to the BET Awards.
I know who Taraji is, I have no clue who this guy is!!!!
And there are ppl who know Keith and have never seen a Taraji movie
BET should've made sure the men were sitting in the seats the way Taraji practiced it. BET shouldn't have moved them to different seats.
In this moment, Keith Lee’s ego got the best of him. I’m starting to feel like he’s got a fake humbleness about himself and that rose video added fuel to this feeling. Does he not know that there are 100s of Black content creators who wanted to be invited to that show and to even get a chance to have camera time on THEE BET Awards? He gets the moment and then says “it wasn’t his moment?” Sir! It was a simple snafu and not one that called for you to act like this.
What annoys me folks are acting like he isn't a career fighter as well, I think since folks know #Taraji more since she's been in so many films and she's a well known ACTRESS! 🙅🏼♂
Keith Lee was feeling himself and then he pulled it back. That’s ok. Let’s see if he learns from it.

This is so cap. Keith, was big mad. It’s ok to be upset. We’re human. But don’t make it seem like you threw that rose because you thought it wasn’t for you. If that rose wasn’t for you, then you wouldn’t have been on camera to get the rose in the first place 🤷🏽♂️. The only thing that happened was that Taraji didn’t know who he was….and if you weren’t mad or upset, you wouldn’t have posted a video of you throwing the rose on the ground. Like boy cut it with the gaslighting. You knew the intention behind that video and you knew how that video would be interpreted.

@asiacapriii I've not heard anyone say it was his fault he was in the wrong seat. That mistake probably was the fault of BET production. The issue is how Keith responded.
@@kackyrobinson3931 it’s unfair to try and check him for his response to a unprovoked unprofessional uncomfortable moment. he’s spoken about his social anxiety many times and that situation was probably horrifying for him so he reacted a lil poorly so freaking what!

No, stop. This is the part where you can let Keith go. That was a classic temper tantrum and textbook gaslighting. How its not your moment when the whole skit was about you? And how you say you "understand" but everything you said in you rant showed you didnt understand? If you understood then let it go. You were on TV and the audience knew who you were enough to correct Taraji that Jordan wasnt you. Another example of monsters we've created. This ninja threw the rose on the floor.
