Oh I forgot to mention it's grade 2 titanium. So if you don't know what that means that means it's commercially pure. Like grade 5 titanium has 5% aluminum 4% vanadium commercially pure is completely biocompatible. The only downside is that it is not as strong as grade 5.. in short if you're worried about leaching elements in your water bottle or plastic or oh pretty much anything else grade 2 titanium is the way to go :-) and yes stainless steel does also Leach impurities!
Aaron Grove: i thank you very much for this review, because i hesitate between the 1 liter titanium Keith bottle and this one ( i already have 2 vargo titanium bottles ( the 700 ml model)). And there are very few websites in France which sells the one liter one ( both Keith and Vargo). Both are expensives ( about 150 euros each). The difference is the Keith is sold with a mess tin*, a lid* for the mess tin ( * all titanium), another lid ( a polymer one) and a camouflage carrying bag ( the set for the same price than the Vargo bottle alone). And the Keith bottom bottle tuck in the mess tin ( a good idea). Best regards.
@@impermanenthuman8427: i finally bought a 1,2 liter titanium bottle from Keith ( chinese manufacturer), about two years ago on Amazon ( the french version) for 80 euros. A real good one. Best regards.
It seems great! I am also looking for a lifelong bottle still. I have the Sigg double-wall which is great, but it is made of stainless steel.. which contains Nickel, so I'm moving away from all stainless steel food/drink ware I have.. Does the Water taste like metal? A little bit or nothing at all? How good does it preserve the water cold in hot summer days? How good does it preserve the tea warm in cold winter days? Nice that it gets no dents. The lid rivet is the only concern I have, regarding long sealing duration.. Thanks!
Very good job review..my self I am interested lid that screw outside and all titanium..winter my older titanium bottle screw inside so minus digits hard to open. Full titanium lid also good to used by the fire ...
Does it ever get unhygienically festy under the rivet in the lid? Or is it easy to keep safely clean? Tight crevasses inside a bottle spook me out as their hard to clean, Thanks
I am new and dont know much about the benefit of titanium. what the different between TITANIUM EDC WATER BOTTLE and TITANIUM PARA-BOTTLE™ ? does all vargo titanium tools is grade 2 titanium ? How do we check to see if it a grade 2 titanium or not ?
I like it. I like titanium but I really don't like how thin they make it usually. Looks like it it's 160 to 200 bucks right now ouch but I think it's worth it
Hi Would've been cool IF you showed: - you can put a standard nalgene lid on the para - the para nest in a standard GSI glacier cup Looking forward another video of yours. Regards.

@@Artistophane do you have any trouble keeping the interior folded crevasses/joins of the bottle clean?

Nice review. I'v heard the cap will leak. Why can't they make a cap without hole in the middle.
They do. It's called the edc bottle
Still using it?

Bình vargo của tôi chỉ được 250g
Không dây là 240g
Sao lại sai số nhiều vậy
Quảng cáo là 280g
Hey man how’s it holding up? Cheers
Does it keep things cold
It's not insulated so won't keep it cold like hydro flask or yeti
Does this seat inside the bot?
Heck no... the para bottle is much smaller...
