Actually What I heard from some people was, even if India is one of the largest manufacturers in the world...The USA was smart enough to give the job of manufacturing to other countries so that the number of industries in the USA will be less, thereby lesser pollution.
I think south india is good as we are now...no thanks South isn't nearly as polluted as north.. South is full of small buildings and trees and full of greenaries
