  • We went on quite the adventure this week! We picked up a trailer from Lake Placid, Florida, and towed the Fj62 Toyota Land Cruiser to our new house. Too bad the car didn't fit thru the carport so we had to come up with a solution.

Love your videos, they give me the motivation I need to work on my FJ62 project here in Australia.
When you attach the drag chains from the trailer to the car cross them over so that they can catch the drawbar in an emergency would hate to see all your hard work go to waste. ✌

Mate! We’re so glad that we can inspire people to get stuff done. Honestly it took me a few months to motivate myself to get under the car and do those knuckles in the crazy Miami heat so I totally understand the need for inspiration. I watch the crazy adventures that 4wd 24/7 do and that really pushes me to get the old girl back and ready for us to keep adventuring across this crazily diverse country.
And thank you so much for the tips on the trailer. That was all new for me and I had no idea what I was doing!

It moves! Loving the vids, recently found you and it's good to see someone else working on an FJ62! Don't see many videos on the FJ, mainly see the HJ's over here in Aus. Loving the way she sounds, reckon I've gotta get one of those exhaust systems for mine.

Thanks!! Yeah the HJ’s were never sold here so it’s not easy to get anything other than the FJ60 or the FJ62. I’d love to own another 60 in Aus to be honest. I’m hoping we can get ourselves to that point.
The exhaust was really a worthwhile purchase in the end. It fixed so many issues all in one. Its pricey though. Even for us at the time we bought it. It was a pretty large investment.
I also don’t know if Otramm ship to Aus but he’s a legend so if you reach out I’m sure he’ll do his best to help you.
