    Yoooo John! Subbed dude. This is Eric. I met u yesterday at practice. So that first exercise with the rolling thunder. That’s what u were recommending to me I’m assuming?

      Yes sir, that’s it exactly.
      Varieties includes doing the same lift with a 2in and 3in wrist wrench.

    I really like your DIY wooden frame pulley set up, not my training style, but very cool.
    What's your everyday walk around weight and who wins between you and Kevin Palko? (Hypothetical if you've never met).

      I wake up around 173-174.
      I’ve never met Kevin. I’d have to look into some of his matches in order to give a good answer.
