I learn something new about Lightburn every time I watch one of your videos. The main content is great on its own, but I love the productivity tips. Thank you!
I've been learning so much from you and I just found your channel a couple days ago. Thanks for all the tips, I work full time shift work so it's hard for me to dedicate myself to my laser business. Thank you again
Great job on this video. You are a very natural presenter. I rarely subscribe or even take the time to "like" any UA-cam videos, much less leave a comment but you certainly made an impression. Keep up the good work. I'll be watching and learning from your other videos.
Keep up the amazing work, not sure why the other commenter has such a negative viewpoint but this is the content that helps other small businesses understand the path. It takes hard work and dedication and you’ve proven yourself time and time again that hard work pays off. I enjoy watching your videos and learning all the steps, I hope to be in a good place someday and you’ll be for sure one of the ones I can thank for that. I appreciate you and everything you do for the community.
Your comment brought me to some tears. 🥹 For every negative comment, I get 100s of positive ones. So I don’t let them get to me. I truly have never understood why people feel the need to comment something negative. I have never once thought to write or comment something negative on someone’s post that I didn’t like lol I’m on here just trying to spread my knowledge to help other small business owners. This is the platform I used to grown when I first started so I want to take advantage of it and help inspire others. Thank you for your kind words, it truly means so much to me!
Thank you for all the great information and tutorials. Also wanted to thank you and your husband for the information last week about the Thunder Laser. I got a hold of the person you referred me and got myself one. Now will be watching your videos and learning more. Thanks again to you guys and Happy Holidays. Respectfully, Walter (AZ)
@ yes Ma’am, I got the Nova Plus 24. Still waiting for it ! Thank you so much. I gave a really good words for you guys. Grant was really helpful just like your husband told me.
Nice job! 1 comment on your mic. If you use an Audio Compressor (any digital one will work) for your voice. It'll help with "plosives" and will give your voice an overall better tone. Great tips on your video!!! Thanks!!!
Thank you so much. Great video I haven’t seen this shared and I appreciate it. You made it very easy to follow and understand. BTW- did you go to VCU??
Loved the video and the information but please either fix or replace that microphone. I have trouble hearing and in places I just couldn't understand what was being said. I learnt more from you than other content creators.
Thank you for this feed back! I 100% agree after watching multiple videos of mine and comparing to other people who use microphones, I definitely need an upgrade!
Hey there! I’m starting a home engraving business and have been watching your videos (as well as a handful of other channels) for nuggets of information. I was wondering; is it necessary to have a graphics designer app such as Adobe Illustrator and Affinity or do you do a lot of your work out of Lightburn? It seems to do everything that those other apps can do. TIA!!
I personally do everything with lightburn but I really want to learn another software like Adobe Illustrator. I would say you can pretty much do anything on lightburn but you can do a little more on a actually graphic design software or atleast do things easier. But honestly lightburn is super powerful and can pretty much do anything.
I use the "Print and Cut" feature to line up my jigs. Is there an advantage to doing it the way you did? I learned several new Lightburn tips during the process. Thanks for the info!
I have never used the print and cut way. So I’m not sure if there is an advantage. I just have been doing it this way and I felt like it was really quick. And thank you!
I hate to say it, but this topic has been covered a million times. If the laser engraving was really going that well then people wouldn't be doing these videos as there would be no need or time. Take it from someone who is busy. To all you peopke thinking you will make a lot of money, well, the real money is for those who can design there own range. Trouble is people are sharing everything which ultimately devalues everything as it becomes a dime a dozen. Please, come up with something new and original.
It’s nice for those who just do it as a hobby to promote creativity and make custom gifts. Yes, agreed. Goal is to learn plenty to be able to design and create unique products that are useful for me.

great video
Nice video on making jigs for your laser business
Look into shaper tools. They have an inexpensive solution for taking scaled photos and converting to vectors.
Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely look into that.
The coozie jig is amazing ! \m/
Thank you!

Would love to see your step by step to set up the file itself
Ya I originally made a step by step but it just took so long! lol I’ll try and make a lightburn video that explains the step by step soon
@ I’m sure I can figure it out if not!
Loved the video and the information but please either fix or replace that microphone.

Where is your link for the Koozies blanks that you engrave. Where to buy????
Lonestar adhesive!
thank you very much
You are so welcome!
didnt know scarlett johansson was into laser machines
Fixtures, not jigs. A fixture holds a part. A jig guides a tool.
too many drugs
