You guys should check out the 2024 Glenturret 12. They made a change in their cask selection this year, it's now just Oloroso and PX. I just got my bottle and it's really really impressing me. There's a lot of depth here, a dirty and meaty character that very few OB's have nowadays.
I've had a couple of these grey label Cadenheads. They are generally pretty great. I had one from English Whisky Company that was super peaty and oily. Cheers!
Glad you did multiple reviews with Keith in the house. As a Benrinnes fanboy, I can confirm that they are a wormtub distillery. I am not used to independent bottles that are not cask strength. I have had quite a few Benrinnes in a age range from 8-23 years, bourbon and sherry casks, and it's all great stuff. Cheers guys
Nice! I've been eying that glentauchers. That said, their compass box deals I think tapped me out. But we'll have a review of their newest in that lost distillery series, this one containing some pretty nice and old ardbeg. But 120 off...
I've drank through a fair amount of this bottle. Came across as a bit too muddled for me. Pleasant drinking for sure, but lacking distinctiveness. Time to revisit.

The party source had some cadenhead and Duncan and Taylor’s $120 and $70 off today I picked up 14 year glentauchers and 12 year strathmill

@@topshelfdustin3060 went in 2 weeks ago and they had 37 year cadenhead marked down 600 from 1000 . Was tempted but ultimately passed.
