How To Measure Heart Rate On Your Android Phone? - Heart Rate Monitor App!

Did you know that you can measure your heart rate using just your phone? If your phone has a flash enabled camera then you can try this out as well.
I have demonstrated it with the Heart Rate Monitor App that is available for free on the Google Play Store. I did try a couple of other apps but they were filled with too many ads and popups. This one seemed to do the job pretty well.

Did you mean to ask if pregnant women can use this?
I didn't see any warnings while using the app so I think it's safe for everyone as it's just using the camera.
