For the Wheel. My elevator is constantly going down. I've looked at the map and can't seem to find a way to get up to the rate wheel to change direction. As is, I can't make it up to break the floor and get the Wheel. Any ideas?

From the room directly to the left of that elevator, you can use the upgraded bubble wand to get up to the rat in the wheel from the side.
