I often do this when I see something I find beautiful. I refused to be like everyone else in my generation, always distracted by these little devices. Live in the moment or every moment will pass you by. Time stops for no one, so take time to appreciate the moment you find yourself in. Don't take a photo, make a memory.
I just adopted 3 kittens and I weirdly understand his point. Sometimes, my reflex is to get my phone and open the camera, but then I stop and think about how I dont want to experience the moment through a tube, a lense. I wanna see them with my eyes and focus with my mind and have that moment with them. Maybe I'll miss having the photos later, but i dont wanna miss the moments, now.
This lesson applies when listening to a good song on the radio. A big part of you wants to memorize the music, but that process will take you out of enjoying the song. "Some things look better, baby. Just passing through." - Elton John

One of my favorite moments in this movie. This quote stuck with me it hits.
I often do this when I see something I find beautiful. I refused to be like everyone else in my generation, always distracted by these little devices. Live in the moment or every moment will pass you by. Time stops for no one, so take time to appreciate the moment you find yourself in. Don't take a photo, make a memory.
I was born in the 80s and seeing all the people living life through their cell phone lens makes me so sad.
One of my favourite scene. And this is my favourite movie, I will watch it at least once a year
"I am taking it"
~his eyes
This movie didn't get enough credit, I loved it and rewatch it often, and it always inspires me by the end to try and be the best version of me
A very important movie
This certainly doesn’t describe most influencers.
I just adopted 3 kittens and I weirdly understand his point. Sometimes, my reflex is to get my phone and open the camera, but then I stop and think about how I dont want to experience the moment through a tube, a lense. I wanna see them with my eyes and focus with my mind and have that moment with them. Maybe I'll miss having the photos later, but i dont wanna miss the moments, now.
yeah sometimes you just have to enjoy it for yourself instead of trying to capture it
That’s why I enjoy the moment instead of recording everything and taking pictures.
He actually can't take the picture because that "G Series" lens is not compatible with that Nikon F3/T camera.
Me: takes picture, continues watching.
Great great movie. One of those films that stick with you for a bit.
An amazing moment in a sweet movie 😊❤️
The secret life of Walter Mitty really was something special.
This lesson applies when listening to a good song on the radio. A big part of you wants to memorize the music, but that process will take you out of enjoying the song.
"Some things look better, baby. Just passing through."
- Elton John
So few people live this way
