His design is so badass and his powers look sick. I really wish he would appear as a guest character is the main line Street fighter games. Like SF6. I know there was a Garuda costume for Akuma in Sf5, but while the cosrume was cool and was pretty fitting for Akuma, it would be far cooler to have the real deal in a Street fighter game and him go against Akuma

Garuda is one of ARIKA's character designs, not Capcom's. What's more, Namco obviously never had a problem with Garuda's design, seeing as they never tried to sue ARIKA for copyright infringement.

He's one of my favorite Street Fighter EX Characters of all time, next to Sharon. He's a *BEAST* when it comes to Badassery.
I always liked Garudas design, he felt like one of the few SF characters who could legitimately kill Akuma...
