- Remote Control SUBARU OUTBACK FAIL! Well it's time! We've jumped and crashed so many cars over the OG car jump, so we decided to make a RC remote control to jump the cars off a new jump! It went alright bit of a fail. We'll shake the bugs out and make it better!

I wouldn’t even call it a fail it was still pretty epic! I think the main issues are that you need a bulldozed treated path right to the jump, I would also make the jump way steeper and get a vehicle with more clearance like a Tahoe or a Jeep. After that it’s guaranteed to fly!😄

Looks like a good start. Why not run a servo to the throttle body? as it has a throttle cable. Would be an easy way to use the throttle, and that way it would also return to idle easily.

nice to have another car jump! the remote control setup seems complicated. hopefully you can get a reliable setup. if not the original way still works.
Due to the fact that most subies that sold were in snowy areas like the east coast and upper midwest like montana and so on were awd they took note of that and made it a standard feature, pre 90s subarus had the option of fwd and anything outside of the north american market i.e japan and europe they still had the fwd option for quite some time
oh yea congrats on the dad life!!! its amazing. cherish even the hard times because it goes by fast!!
