Loaf Pan Basque Cheesecake

Ingredients
360g softened cream cheese
70g confectioners’ sugar
10g cornstarch
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
100g heavy cream
Steps:
Softened the cream cheese. Add in confectioners’ sugar and beat until smooth. Add in cornstarch and beat until smooth. Gradually add in 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk, beat until well combined. Add in heavy cream and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 428℉(220℃). Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter and send into the oven to bake for 28 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool down in room temperature. Set it in the fridge to cool overnight. Slice and serve.

Tried this recipe. My cheesecake reduce in size after taking out. Is that because of electric whisking. I think doing with spatula is ideal.
Hand mixer and spatula can both work. The point is to mix the ingredients together and don't forget to soften the cream cheese frist. :)
This recipe is missing vanilla, and is is overbaked, it should be much softer in the centre. You can avoid this using a round tin, not a loaf tin. Also if you strain the mixture before baking, it'll remove the remaining lumps of flour
