The Mona LIsa was one of the best short stories that also really recaptured the horror of the flood. Really looking forward to your project.
I really liked the spiritual sequel that was published in late 2023, "Saturn Devouring His Son".
Like "The Mona Lisa", it's a chilling short story that shares its name with a famous painting and revolves around the concept of human hubris drastically worsening a flood outbreak.
The narrator did a great job, too!
The Mona Lisa Needs a game adaption! I am excited to see what this becomes.

Halo is a really great game. I love the story of it And gameplay. We need more Stories Like this and gameplay and Throughout the Story line. And i hope this Becomes huge where You can Make it official as a game and not just fan made and get paid for your hard work. I always wanted a Survival floor experience. Also Can we have A waves Of flood like we can Protect a area and Repair doors and weld them to make them last longer to focus on 1 main door. Also Remember omega Journey 3 from halo 3 infection Maybe something like that too people can make or you can make i love that maps it was on the foundry. Keep up the good work i just had some ideas that i just thought of this second i think too much LOL.

I wonder is the character in the game going to be a ODST or a marine equipped with EVA gear?
Probably a marine, since its based of the Mona Lisa short film
ODST are already space worthy

Still ODST are mostly Marines so... It's "almost like" there waas some.
Moreover the ONI operative probably was an ODST in past...
Theres no reason to believe that the ONI operative was an odst, there is no hinting towards that in the short film. He was likely like any other 03 ONI spook, a scientist, or researcher that is militarily trained in some capacity.
The playable character doesn't need to be an ODST either, since reach we can see that marines have space worthy armor with a sealed helmet on the level where you meet captain Keyes. The allies defending the landing zones are marines, while for most of the game they are army troopers.
What will this be releasing on?

I only wish they use the Flood art style from Halo CE/2/3 AND Not whatever bloody fleshy Dead space infection 343 and this trailer uses.
I kinda liked the Halo Wars 2 look. I could believe the redder biomatter simply being interior tissue or tissue only exposed to heavily polluted (converted) environments.
Halo 3 used a darker, reddish orange for that type of flood biomatter.
