I’ve been watching Bjerg since the beginning and could easily say compared to any Lck/Lpl mid laner rn, i think he wouldn’t even fall behind in laning phase or cs he was a great mechanical player and always knew what to do.

A lot of the younger crowd won't understand this. But it's been genuinely cool watching DL grow up over his career.
Ngl tho sometimes I miss the "Everyone else is trash" DL 🤷‍♂️😂

That DL is still there. Just can’t say much with how 100T is currently doing. In some interviews, he still has his moments

Old era of league is almost gone and I fear soon the entire game with it. Played league for literally more then half my life, despite all the toxic trash, broken stuff and bad things about the game. It is by far the game I’ve put the most hours in and will be sad to see it go when it finally does

@@xipper3550one easy point against ur doomer take is that it's still one of the most watched if not the most watched at times category on twitch. With main streamers having viewership in the thousands. While professional scene is changing in the west the game itself is very much alive.

Old era League has been gone for a while now. We'll never get that in the game again, even if League keeps going for another 50 years. I'm just glad I got to witness it all.

It’s crazy these guys have played for as long as they have. Seems like a lot of people don’t realize just how absurd the workload of a pro league player is and dude stuck with it for like a decade.

but also, the mid meta has shifted so much to just farming champs. Bjerg was a mid lane carry, and his joy really shifted when he was forced to play tanks and supports mid. He was able to adapt for a while but I feel like those are one of the reasons he fell out of love for the game.

def wasnt a reddit narrative, he clearly declined. One of the reasons being was bein passive, and thus the reason he ended up retiring. If he was on the best na team he wasnt gonna retire mid split lol. @@jonathanknypstra2137
