that is exciting that y’all just bought land and are possibly building on it or living in a fixer upper! However, it seemed a bit intentional that it wasn’t until the very end of the video that yall announced the major plot twist and then be like yall will find out more details later…bye! I would prayerfully consider maybe being more intentional on how yall decide to present announcements, life updates, or things to share in general & not have it done haphazardly or it’ll give us whiplash when we had absolutely no idea. I truly hope y’all understand where I’m coming from (and I see from the other comments too that other followers feels the same). I truly hope the best for yall & for God to continue to guide y’all with love and the convictions of Holy Spirit🤍

You have to understand that as much as they try to be very intentional and personal, this is still their job/business. They’re going to do this to get their viewers hooked and want to keep watching the video as well as the next. And the most loyal followers won’t mind and will be willing to watch the entire video(s), rather than just hear the announcement in 2 seconds.

How did you avoid paying Capital Gains tax on the sale of your home since it was within 2 years of buying the new house?
You avoid paying capital gains by buying another home. As long as you sell your first investment property and apply your profits to the purchase of a new investment property within 180 days, you can defer taxes☺️
@@Mommyto32024 what if you sell the house you own 30 days after you buy a new house and then put the equity down within 30 days? (Mainly because the two closings won’t time up…. Can you apply the house proceeds and still avoid the capital gains?)
@@Mommyto32024 I don’t think that’s true. A home doesn’t qualify for what you’re talking about which is a 1031 exchange. You can only have one primary home which isn’t subject to capital gains if you have lived in it for 2 years and claimed it as your primary home. They probably have to pay short term capital gains.
@@JJ-pc3fh that’s what I thought… no matter what if you haven’t lived in your primary home for 2 years you have to pay capital gains if you sell it.
They likely didn’t make any money on the sale. If anything, they lost money

I’m extremely happy for you guys in finding & moved into another home.
At the same time I’m so confused of why you uploaded a house tour a day or so ago and then today saying you’re already moved into another home.
As someone who’s been following you for 3 years now, this caught me off guard. Just seems out of character to post a video of a house tour of a home that you’re no longer in. Just seems like you’re doing it to gain views 😖
Also, I don’t even care about that house now and I rather have a house tour video of the new home than the other one.
I promise to God that I’m trying to not cause harm nor be negative, just giving you my perspective on this. Hopefully you understand where I’m coming from & again, I’m extremely happy for your next journey in the home you moved into 🙏🏽❤️
I get your confusion, but at the same time, they could have still wanna share the home they've lived in and people requested a tour of. It's safer this way for them to share as well, after they no longer live there. And if you've followed them for a while you know they always pray and wanna follow God's leading and peace so if He led them into this next house then great!

It’s the fact that they posted the house tour and then the day after, they post another video saying that they no longer live in that home now. It’s the timing of posting them.
Like why post the house tour when they knew they haven’t lived in it for a few weeks. Plus we’ve seen majority of that house any way from their vlogs. Just seems unnecessary.
@@jessicadaniel6345 yeah it's super quick after it, but I'm sure there was a reason for that. Maybe the brand deal with the song in this video needed to be posted a certain tome. They said in the video they only moved last week too so it's not like they were out of that house for a long time already ☺️ but anyways have a good day!

OMGoodness, those Cicadas!! They are like little ninjas...lol! I love properties with trees and little creeks, especially when you have your windows open to listem to the comforting soft sounds of nature. The little gifts from God are so simple and sweet!
