i put some fishing ballast on my a-10 but didnt expect it that it will still go heads up due to weight of the engine and tail rudders.hahaha now my a-10 is messed up

You definitely have a unique style of building, and that is good. The camo on the A-10 is excellent. It really looks like it would be very difficult to see the A-10 when it flies above the dense jungle or forest terrain. Marvelous build!

Amazing build could you go into more detail on how you would attach the weapon systems ? I had trouble. Loved the video.
the way how I attached the weapons is first, attach the weapons to the pylon to easily align everything before attaching the pylon underwing, hope it can help my friend.
For all the novices who are watching I feel compelled to point out the ants (beginning at 03:26). This is what happens when you cut them off the sprue before you need them. I use one of those pie-shaped KFC side-dish containers to keep 'em corralled.

PS. Yes, they're 'way out of scale and that's why I used the Eduard ants, even though they're meant for the Italeri kit.

FWIW, all of the A-10Cs that I've worked on at depot level maintenance have gloss white on the inner engine nacelles. Other than that, good stuff of the old girl.
Did you have to add any sort of counterweights on step 2? I’m stuck on the part with the two g’s in the instructions and I’m pretty confused about that. Thanks
yes, my friend you have to add a counterweight to avoid the tail seating.

@@ArdeconHobby Your blue gloves reminded me of the show Firefly. Did you ever see that show? It had the potential of being a fantastic, long-running SF series, but as always Fox had a good thing on their hands and they wizzed it down their pantleg. This is a great video, btw. I never think to use tape to keep pieces together while gluing for some reason. I see it done in so many videos, but then I always forget to do so. A friend of mine has been interested in getting an A-10 in 72nd scale, so I sent him the URL to this video. I recently picked up the Hasegawa kit. It's nice, although it has raised panel lines. (The tooling is from 1982 or so.) I really like the music in this video too, btw. When I was in college, I discovered Space Music and bought several CDs. It helped me to relax when I had so much stress at the time.

Only thing is, it gives me the shudders when I see you singlehandedly tipping over the glue bottle to soak the brush.... 😨 Do you know that the brush is extendable to reach the bottom of the jar? Just take some tweezers or pliers and pull the brush part out a couple of mm. 👍🏼

my friend, it's just easy just follow the instructions, if I can do it, you can do it too, just a little patience, good luck, and happy build, and most of all stay safe always.
This is my first model and I am still working on it- how do I take the decals off the paper and apply them like you did?
decals should be soaked in water first for just a few seconds until the decal softens then apply it to the area you want to place. Good luck friend, and happy build.

@@CajunRugger just dip the decals in water for just 30 sec until they lose from the paper and for adhesive I use Mr. Mark Setter and Mr. Mark Softer.
