    When to starter begins to move, the initial force to get the starter to begin moving is an inductive spike. All those rambunctious electrons begin piling up on top of each other from ground. The massive spike on positive charged atoms build up to attract them like a magnet then the bridge is built and they jump around 3 kV based on conductive situations which vary. Positive atoms love to hang out together (emf) is the name of their gang. Lol the diodes in the alternator separate the electrons and send them away to the ground side. The battery has storage units that keep them separated the acid keeps them separated for storage purposes. That's how It was explained to me.
