Kathirikkai Gravy Recipe in Tamil | Kathrikkai kulambu for Chapathi, Rice | Brinjal Gravy in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make kathirikai gravy recipe in tamil. This kathirikai gravy is a perfect combination for biryani / variety rice and this brinjal gravy also goes well with chapathi / dosa. The brinjals soak up the flavor from the masala and adds a wonderful flavor to the recipe. After roasting, the kathirikai completely changes in taste and become flavorful.

Ingredients:
2 tsp Oil
3 tbsp Peanuts
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
20 Fenugreek
2 tbsp Coconut
1 tsp Sesame seeds
3/4 Onion
5-6 Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 Tomato
8-10 Brinjal
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Urad dal
10 Fenugreek
2 Red Chillies
1/4 Onion
5 Garlic
Curry leaves
Lemon sized Tamarind
required Salt
required Water
