I’ve been hesitant about using smart pricing. It seems to increase the nightly price $50 higher per night, but that would be comparable to other local properties. I am concerned that when they review the property they will mark the value down from the five stars. Is the pricing software you use more accurate and is there a fee?

This is a great video. How do you set the calendar to open just blocks of dates rather than allowing Airbnb to do the rolling calendar availability?

If your Value category is rated at a 5.0, you’ve underpriced your property.
