Often we've found that the built in schedulers that come with PMS platforms are very basic. They may work for you but we really like the advanced features of breezeway.

I never understood the inspector part. Who is the inspector? Is it another cleaner? Do you pay them per Inspection and how much?

You may want to look into a pest control service. Often they'll have treatment options for yards and exterior areas.

What do you mean by inspection?
Someone from our staff inspects properties before every guest check in after the cleaners are done and refer to that as a "perfection inspection"
