IIT + IISc Bangalore = IIEST Shibpur.IISc > Top Old IIT > Top Old NIT > IIEST > New IIT > New NIT > CIT
I do not think IIEST is better than new IITs. It's better than NIT Durgapur, but still not better than any IIT.
