To be clear there was a miscommunication and an error in that scene. Shingo Natsume, the director, wanted to add a scene with Tatsumaki that wasn't in the manga and asked ONE to give him an outline. ONE's initial draft actually said that Tornado drops a mountain on the Ancient King, which just before he's squashed triggers a memory in him of the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. That was misinterpreted as Tatsumaki pulling a meteor out of near orbit. That said, it's not quite so far-fetched for Tatsumaki except there'd be no way for her to know about a meteor and it almost certainly being out of range of her power, but as the manga has recently shown she is insanely, ridiculously powerful and could throw entire cities around for fun if she wanted to.
from last episode, people actually said that all heroes are weak and even the sea king's weak because even class C hero can defeat him. but saitama don't want other heroes' effort go to waste and unappreciated so he said that others actually weakened the sea king. he just do the finishing blow and take credits.

Yeah I was about to correct the part @01:47 because that bowl cut dude did not accuse Saitama of being a cheater, rather he pointed out every other hero was a waste of tax money and wasn't worth a dime; that's where Saitama decided to act as if he just stole credit for their job and basically enforced once again his infamy as a cheater, just to protect all the efforts the other heros put in. The whole thing about the ranks being wrong is a bit besides the point though, as regardless of their rank all the heroes who fought the Sea King deserved respect for being brave enough to step up against him at the end of the day
Tatsumaki's power is pure psychic, and to see that she could pull that meteor from the Earth which is very very far away, like tens of thousands of miles from Earth. It's insane how powerful she is.

But I think it's weird to actually call her Tornado as if that's her actual name, and not her hero Moniker.

Actually that guy was mocking the other heroes, saying that they were incompetent, and that the citizens are paying the heroes to do their job, therefore, it is to be expected of them to defeat the monsters. Saitama saw this, and deliberately admitted he was the hero who cheated up the rankings, also implying that he defeated a severely weakened monster. This is to turn attention away from what he just did, so that all the praise is given to the other heroes.

seriously consider watching anime dubbed, you pay a lot of attention to the subtitles and lose the visual part, you won't notice that Tornado used a meteor to kill that lizard. It is similar in other series
