I'm looking forward to buy this for my *Canon 700D* and use it with *50mm f1.8 Prime Lens & 18-55 Kit lens* ! What you comment on it ? i would love to know. Btw, Awesome review. 😊
Hey, thats for the comment, When you can buy one of these for approx $50-75.00 for the money, the amount of photography I do, and my skill level, this makes perfect sense for me.
Hi. I want to buy an extension tube for my Canon 700d. I am a beginner and dont want to spend on macro lenses. I have a nifty fifty so i'll probably attach the tube to it. What i want to know is what do you prefer an autofocus extension tubes or manual focus. I have heard that autofocus does not offer much of a control that manual does. I want to use macros for baby photography. so what do you suggest manual focus or auto focus?
Yes. Some extension tubes have auto focus (have the gears to drive from the camera through the extension tubes to the lense), but not all, So you may have to manually focus and such. The tubes I have (used in the video) do have auto focus and will not limit the ability of any AF-VR lens.
Only buy extension tubed with metal mounts and with contacts. The work really well with an old manual macro/micro lens...
Get an external mic for your camera. I recommend the Boya lav and/or Takstar shotgun

can you still control Aperture when using the extension tube?
