    I've been on clozapine for about 6 months now, after being on 6 other antipsychotics. Clozapine is the first one that is really effective

      Dangerous! Clozaril has MANY serious side effects and causes brain damage over time--it really should only be used if you are diagnosed w/ schizophrenia and nothing else is working :)

      @@PedroSanchez-vj3qca family member of mine takes it for their bipolar. It literally cured them. They have very bad bipolar/schizoaffective disorder and this medication brings them back to normal. The only negative effects are slight weight gain and tiredness.

    im liking this format so much more, some things to improve on, background tidy up, all books lined up not all over the place, also book shelf needs to be level in your video, this would mean you need to move your camera so its dead center to the book shelf, also if you can move your camera back away from you and then a zoom lens or a lens that is not too wide that it makes you look small or pulls the attention away from you, maybe a 50mm lens, also you want to be dead center but if to one side you should move closer to the rule of thirds right line, it be more pleasing to our eyes, but if you ask me i would only move off to the side if your showing a video clip or some type of diagram on the opposite side, also move yourself away a little more from the camera, if too up and close can work sometimes but only in the moments you want even more attention, such as a smart comment or something more serious, this panning in and out will make your video seem more professional, also if your into close for to long it can feel uncomfortable for the viewer, much like when in real life you feel uncomfortable when someone stands to close to you when they are talking to you, its the same idea.

    I read often that clozapine is deadly because of the white blood cells. Is that true? If yes how often IT occurs?

    • @wesKEVQJ

      They say 1% of people. However the number of Finish people affected skewed the numbers. A Doctor in Chicago illegally gave over 1300 patients this drug without testing them. None of them got Agranulocytosis. Some of them had bad side effects, but everyone is different. You can't refill it without bloodwork so it is safe because stopping the drug stops the low cell count.

    What if someone take over 300mg of clozapine in one day?

    • @howtomedicate
      @howtomedicate  3 роки тому +3

      Depending on the indication of use a normal maintenance dose could be 200-450mg/day. Therefore a dosage of 300mg could be perfectly normal. If you are worried however, you could discuss this with your prescribing doctor.

      Hi Jhon,
      Great question. You could watch my videos fully, as youtube values "watchtime". And you could even become a patreon, where you can support the channel financially.
