That one is my favorite, Wingback is only advanced I use. But, I would like to see your preferred advanced instructions for this formation and offensive and defensive parameters.

These highly ranked players playing 4-2-1-3 (similar to your video) and with narrow shot range and lots of 1-2s, central attack and breaking down my defense completely. Do you, or anyone reading, have any advice, or better suited tactics for "sweaty" 3CF players? I've had some wins in OT and OD with Expert-ranked players, it is more a specific tactics set that I struggle with. I use Wing back and Swarm the box as advanced defensive tactics, otherwise identical. Thanks again for your amazing videos!
Playing 442 is a possibility, but I prefer to have that certainty of 3 cb's at the back. If you're very good in defending, 442 and using attacking full backs is a good combination.
Thanks for this, have not used it yet but i get why the third cb setup like that. It is very similar to like having a dmf with "defensive" instruction but you save one slot free. Also having a counter target reduces the number of necessary substutions, well actually i think if i set manking him (that wide mf)onto the opponents cb, it should almost like setting him a counter target but that needs testing aswell I m gonna do an online division season dedicated to this tactic and see it rings anybells.

@@Indominator94 I could try the formation one match however i was annoyed by the dreaded "staring defenders of 2020" and will get back to it once i get that sorted out. Btw , what would you suggest to do if you find your players running to the ball but not attempt intercepting. You know where you think you are gonna intercept the ball and change direction but he does not get the ball and move away from it. Is this something about R2? Or letting the R1 go, tried many things... wondering your input about his as it prolly happened to you at first a lot.

Try it. It should be good for players who've just started to play PES. You'll have that certainty in defence with 5 at the back.
