"RTS" Ahh yes, those good old turn-based RTS. I remember the OLD Mechwarrior, aka. Battletech, the one that was a fuckin strategy game. New fans are so obnoxious.
I love how the first time I watched these two they were all tactful and polite now they just yell at eachother for the first 20 minutes. Makes these so much more entertaining.
oh man this game just gave me so much nostalgia of me and my nerd buddies playing mechwarior on our dorm table, building box buildings, the sound of dice rolling, the arguments of firepower vs mobility :( those where some good times
I never thought I'd hear mention of Robot Jox in an LP of... well, anything. Gosh, I haven't seen that movie in -ages-. This vid gave me a good chuckle. Especially the Daishi thing right at the start. Daishi was one of my favorite mechs in NetMech back in the day! Still love the Masakari/Warhawk more, though, ugly brick on legs that it is.
I would have loved to watch the livestream but, I had to go to work right when you started. No worries though! Hopefully, I'll be able to watch the next.
I'm kinda surprised that you and Joe haven't played against each other in a Warhammer 40K game yet, hopefully it'll be something to look for in the future
MechWarrior was my jam back in the day...I'm also still the guy who enjoys Armored Core games...one day they will release a great game again and I won't have to hide my love of gigantic walking death machines anymore.
I love it when TotalBiscuit and AngryJoe play together. Because you know three things will happen. One. Joe will be mad. Two. Tb will love it. Three. You will have a heart attack. Because it's normally that funny.
Thanks for the comment, I will have to decide between looking into one of them, im looking both up, again I thank you for your comment, it was very helpfull
Early closed beta is an understatement of epic proportions. This game is alpha at best, I'm glad that they at least mention all the flaws in the video, but it's painful to play for more than a few hours with the astounding number of crippling crashes, performance, and game-breaking bugs, such as losing your entire lance forever if you have a game end in a draw.
TB sounds like my cousin when we used to play monopoly. Him: "Hey, you can't do that!" Me: "It's in the rule book." Him: "But that's now how we play it!"
There shouldn't be. Blood Asps are very late Clan tech. This game's setting takes place before the Clan Wars and is situated in the Inner Sphere. Later on they may have clan stuff, not sure, but there are massive balance hurdles when it comes to combined tech games.
This was really fun to watch surprisingly!! I like the idea of this game. It seems a bit daunting at first with all the possibilities, HOWEVER that being said, I respect games that still do that, simply because it allows for more depth for players overall which is great!! It's definitely the better compromise. Better a complex game that takes more time to get used to then in the long run more satisfying with all the options than a easy to get into simple game which will get mundane quickly.
The basic aspect of Battletech is that BV points are supposed to be on the same level. The teams can be comprised of 2 assaults vs a bunch of mediums or whatever you want, as long as it's near even points. That's why he got annoyed, though they both should have specified point value before hand.
Game looks fun. I really like watching TB and AJ kill each other in games like XCom enemy unknown, Blood Bowl, and this one. Some much smack talk, I love it.
Reactor online, sensors online, weapons online, all stilton nominal.

Love seeing these types of videos. I was actually introduced to your channel through the videos you did with Joe playing the MP in Xcom EU.
Man, its so nice to see our favorite youtubers goings against each other in a deathmatch.
I've been waiting to see game play of this since I heard of it. The added banter makes it priceless.
for some reason, every time i see these two battle i am absolutely hyped to get whatever they are playing.
Glad to see the livestreams put up for those of us who can't watch live.
Absolutely loved the trash talk between TB and Joe. Hearing TB curse like that made me laugh more than I should have XD
TB's reaction to seeing Joe's mech line-up was priceless. I want more matches between these two because the banter is hilarious.
I hope you make more collabs wit Joe. I find it immensely entertaining to hear you two swear at each other.
I love how the first time I watched these two they were all tactful and polite now they just yell at eachother for the first 20 minutes. Makes these so much more entertaining.
Oh man I used to play Mechcommander 1 and 2 so much. First MWO, and now this. Good time to love stompy robots. RIP FASA Studios, you were the best
Ah excellent, I was hoping the vods of this would get uploaded!
oh man this game just gave me so much nostalgia of me and my nerd buddies playing mechwarior on our dorm table, building box buildings, the sound of dice rolling, the arguments of firepower vs mobility :( those where some good times
He's very enthusiastic about a lot of things and doesn't hold back. I personally enjoy that.

This was awesome. So much fun banter between the two.
Interesting game and I really like these TB vs AJ recordings. I hope there's another one sometime in the future.
le gasp, two of my favorite channels doing a video together *aggressively watches*
We need more of this. MUCH more of this TB...
Tis good. Ads are what make this free to watch content possible.
I would have loved to watch the livestream but, I had to go to work right when you started. No worries though! Hopefully, I'll be able to watch the next.
I just love the comments those two make at each other when they play
I'm kinda surprised that you and Joe haven't played against each other in a Warhammer 40K game yet, hopefully it'll be something to look for in the future
also this looks pretty neat Biscuit, the cinematic part is awesome!
LUV these guys..TB and AJ when ever they get together its always so ENTERTAINING!
Watching this in sync with Joe's vid. Awesome Mech Combat from 2 perspectives!
It's funny to hear Angry Joe through TB channel. Fantastic video, you must versus more often.
we want more like this TB and Joe
So this is like Fallout: Tactics meets Mechwarrior meets XCOM. Love it.
I love these TB vs AJ videos, I want to watch more.
MechWarrior was my jam back in the day...I'm also still the guy who enjoys Armored Core games...one day they will release a great game again and I won't have to hide my love of gigantic walking death machines anymore.

Man, I love these TB v AJ matches.
I would love to see you and AngryJoe play more strategy games!
Thanks for the comment, I will have to decide between looking into one of them, im looking both up, again I thank you for your comment, it was very helpfull
I'm glad Mechwarrior seems to be making somewhat of a comeback. I grew up with Mechwarrior 2 Mercs and Mechcommander.
God I love it when Tb and Joe just go at each other cussing and stuff.
Two of my favorite internet personalities playing together? HELL YEAH!!!
I have no idea whats happening, but im enjoying this very much thanks TB/AJ
Thanks for uploading. I tried watching the livestream but twitch was extremly laggy for some reason.
As a Battletech/Mechwarrior fan I can say this game looks amazing!
Still waiting for this game to go live.
An admirable effort by Mr. Biscuit. Despite Angry Joe's superior mechs, and the effort he put in, it was a pretty close match.
Had never heard of this game but I will have to because it looks pretty good! Thanks TB your channels great for that
Oh, I forgot to tell that this video is great, and so are both TB and AJ, even if the latter deffinetly is 'That Guy'.
Early closed beta is an understatement of epic proportions. Congratulations on getting these levels balanced. AJ is typically ear-splittingly loud.
TB sounds like my cousin when we used to play monopoly. Him: "Hey, you can't do that!" Me: "It's in the rule book." Him: "But that's now how we play it!"
I saw the live stream version and it was epic. Thumbs up for those who watched it live!
"We would really like it if you two killed each other" I get the feeling they watched a little Bloodbowl before coming up with that idea XD
that Robot Jocks Joe talks about reminds me of Mobile Fighter G Gundam
angry joe and total buiscuit are my favourite youtube gaming channels
I love how it played a Pacific Rim trailer before the vid
thats an impressive skill you have there being able to hear facial hear
you could make it as some kind of psychic perhaps
what was the mech movie joe was on about i cant find the bit in the clip again to find the name.
Hunchback shall forever be remembered.
Brings back memories of Battletech game.
This is exactly what I needed today TB. Thanx
Yes, watch a stream of it that is finished within the stream, and have no lag.
YOU GUYS PLAY 40K??? OMFG we need to nay have to see you 2 play a 40k game awesome fun times to be seen.
PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Best part of thw whole thing was TB quoting Flash. Made my night.
I wonder if its possible to watch a completed match with no pauses, see it in real time
i LOVE when you play something with angryjoe! :D you and angryjoe is my two favorite youtubers, i just love both of you :D
hey when is mechwarrior tactics is in open bata?
There shouldn't be. Blood Asps are very late Clan tech. This game's setting takes place before the Clan Wars and is situated in the Inner Sphere. Later on they may have clan stuff, not sure, but there are massive balance hurdles when it comes to combined tech games.
They are implementing a post-game render that shows the battle playing out in "real-time".
Hunchback is credit to team! May a war memorial be constructed in its honor in the Hall of Biscuit.
Hero Hunchback. The pilot's widow deserves a freaking medal
Does anyone know where the vid for TB vs Angryjoe in Mechwarrior online is because I cant find it anywhere any help is much appreciated.
This was really fun to watch surprisingly!! I like the idea of this game. They are both good friends. Like most friendships, there's going to be some shit talking when playing video games against each other.
you guys are fucking amusing together! this should be a weekly thing seriously.
Almost thought it was the pacific rim video when I saw the mech in the picture
I remember the old Mech Warrior, the one that only ever got made because the table top game was popular.
The basic aspect of Battletech is that BV points are supposed to be on the same level. The teams can be comprised of 2 assaults vs a bunch of mediums or whatever you want, as long as it's near even points. That's why he got annoyed, though they both should have specified point value before hand.
This looks pretty fun. Haven't played a decent mech game since MechAssault.
Came for the Mechs, stayed for the smacktalk
best gaming reviews you'll find though
This was fucking hilarious. I loved the banter at the beginning.
"I like the Catapults"
And thats why you should respect anything TB says, i mean... Catapults!
Such a freaking awesome mech!
Does standing in water help vent heat?
did TB disable the thumbs up and thumbs down system or did youtube remove it?
i love biscuit and angry joe, great pair, they work well together
is this game just 1 lance vs 1 lance or can you use say 2 lances vs 1 lance or 3 lances vs 3 lances?
Hunchbacks are badass, thats why I pilot one in MWO.
The movement feels like Frozen Synapse.
will joe's view be getting posted to his channel? I don't see it there yet.
Are there bloodasps in here? If so I'm gonna use those babies
lol at 0:36:18 i was just waiting / imagining a "refined"version of the queen song goin " JOE! ahaaaaa! " xD
Game looks fun. I really like watching TB and AJ kill each other in games like XCom enemy unknown, Blood Bowl, and this one. Some much smack talk, I love it.
Dude I haven't heard that song in years!
This was massively entertaining. Game with Joe more.
I love how salty TB gets when he sees Joe's team.
"those are the ones all the casual fans like" nice one TB, that was hilarious.
Loved the Flash Gordon reference :)
Joe brought a Davion scouting lance
where is the blode bowl video?
The little Hunchback that could.
I laughed out loud at the Flash Gordon reference.
