I do full clear with a scuttle if not both and I recall for Berserker's Greaves. 3 games now I've got 5-6 grubs, first dragon and first 3-4 scuttles.

agurin does it to be on time for grubs after second clear

he double fullclears without base, doing gromp before blue for earlier respawn to be at drake with almost lvl 6. this clear just gives up grubs so you can take drake on shyvana
