Yeah but it's only when you use her Ult. Their team has lots of regen/heal and you can't just Ult anytime. When you get liandrys (ap dmg 3 secs) + orb (anti-heal for 3 secs when damaged by ap) you can just throw a dagger and you get anti-heal for ~6 seconds
Burning items in this game are broken. Usually they have a lot of HP (so that makes you tankier) and they are really great at short and long trades. Try buying burning items (liandry, solar cape, the new one for tanks of 2700) and look at your damage graphic.
Riftmaker? Riftmaker is better for 3rd item especially with Conqueror but since I'm using Electrocute and building anti-heal, Liandry + Oblivion orb is a good item combo. Liandry's will burn them for 3 seconds which will make the anti-heal effect last for 6 seconds

Mask (burn magic damage for 3 seconds) + Oblivion orb (reduce healing when magic damaged) = Good combo

Renekton has heal when he has fury,
Nunu 1st skill has heal, Seraphine 2nd skill has heal and she also has healing spell

Took me 300-400 to fully master her. I suggest practicing to control her blink manually and really think about when to engage in fights
