I am a kat main but i would like to ask something. Is electrocute better than first strike?
So what I do is, if the enemies are squishy I go Electrocute and if they're bruiser/tanks I'll go First Strike for the 9% true damage

Is this runes better than the others
It depends. This rune set is for bursting squishy enemies and the gathering storm is for late game. Against combo heavy enemies like Zed, I recommend Bone Plating instead
do you pick kata in every draft or do you look for good drafts such as a bunch of squishies and no cc cuz that's what I do I really need your answer to know whether I am a pussy or just sensible
Good drafts only. I don't pick her in hard comps such as tanky comps, lots of cc, etc. I try to avoid Rakan, Wukong, Blitz, pretty much those who can stop my ULT instantly and also those who'd give me a hard time in lane such as Lucian & Jayce
