Great job for sharing the how-to video. 👍 the only thing I would recommend is running that fuse jumper to a relay so it will pull more current from your battery rather than the fuse panel cuz overtime that could damage that circuit

I like the pan, wondering if you have streamlined your process, like using a sheet metal brake for your bends, and running a seamer to add some ribs to stiffen the flat of the pan up like on large panels for HVAC systems? Excellent work, man. Bee. Wanting to do this and a panoramic sunroof on my 04 GMC LB7 crew cab for that "Holy shit, bro!c effect. Lol
Hey boss man I appreciate you watching and being apart of this journey. Since then I have purchased a metal break and shear and make all my drain pans on there. Once it's bent it becomes pretty sturdy but adding a bead roll I'm sure could help it out some more. The river is hard to install. It's best to let it sit in the sun for a while so it can hot and stretch easy. Then slip it on like that
What year titan window works best? And I am interested in your kit with the flanges to bolt the panel in and the weather seal as well as a tube or two of that seam seal that you use

great video. nice to see someone not only address the drain issue but create a clean and solid solution for it. I may have missed it but is there a hole in the bottom of the pan for the water to escape?
Thank you for watching. Same issue I was having, found a ton of videos on the titan windows but no one explaining the install. I didn't realize Until after the fact that I didn't address the drain holes. But yes I just drilled probably about 5-8 1/2 inch holes in the floor for the water to drain.

Hey brotha on the drain pan if water goes in to it, where does the water come out is there a drain hole you made or plumbing like for a sunroof?
In this video I didn't realize till after that I didn't really address the drain hole. In more recent videos I've done I get more into detail. But no drain tube necessary, it drains directly out side the cab, just need to drill a few holes

I have a 08 Silverado single cab And want a titan window but I also got a sub pro box w 2 12 pancakes that take up the space behind the seats, could it still be done or not since the box is in the way?
A notch has to be cut into your box but it can be done if so.

Yo so for the drain pan once you put it in and seal off the edges do you have to drill a hole to the bottom for the water to drain out or how does it drain out?
Yessir you drill the holes before the drain pan gets installed. Then once sealed the water drains outside the cab

Yes could be that or it could be the titan was glued too close at the bottom and that's why its binding up. But if the problem is new it could be a bad motor. Have some extras here for sale message me 8138163353

So you know the panel you made I don’t get how it will drain out of the panel and out of the cab, won’t it puddle in the panel? did you cut out the bottom of the cab so it drains out that way or? Drain tube? I’m a aftermarket parts shop manager and we do rear glass but I hate the C.R. Lawrence glass we get. I’ve got an nnbs and I need this mod man. Appreciate the vid. 🤟🏼
I forgot to record the clip in this video, but you drill a few half inch holes in the floor (be sure to spray some primer) and the water will drain to outside. In my newer videos I go more into detail. Thank you for watching 🙏

I didn't say in the video but I drilled about 5-8 half inch holes in the floor where the drain pan seals then it just drains to the ground outside

Thank you my man much appreciated. Since your running 24s you can't go to low without having rubbing issues depending on tire size. I would just do 2 inch spindles up front and maybe 2 or 4 inch drop springs in the rear. Hope that helps a little thank you for watching

Direct fit. You just have to cut off the bolt studs and trim down the plastic how I show in the video.

Just a little tip for when you apply the silicone... Get you a wet rag and wet your index finger and wipe the siliconefrom the bottom up... That way it will look another cleaner... Use the wet rag to wipe the access that comes out from the side of you finger...😊
I mentioned to say a lot cleaner....😊
This isn't silicon, it's 2 part automotive seam sealer and water would cause it to never dry. I wouldn't recommend silicon for anything automotive. I use a acid brush and leave a nice smooth finish now. Thank you for watching
