Braves should be higher. Losing record at the break, had just lost a guy who was the odds-on favorite to win MVP, then dog-walked the competition (no elimination games, and only were behind for 1 game in the first series) to a title.
I feel like the Braves could have been a little higher. Especially since they did it without their best player, and all the guys they traded for went off in the playoffs. They were huge underdogs in all of their series.
The 21 Braves knew what hey were getting with Duvall but Soler Rosario and Pederson were? marks. They all got hot with Rosario hit for the cycle on 5 pitches was something else. I just remember that, with 88 wins, no one gave them a chance.
1974 Pirates, last in division from beginning to 6/19, 37-49 after the first game of a doubleheader. 2nd game had brawl in a game which the Pirates won, then went 50-25 the rest of the season.
How about the 1973 Mets. Went from worst to first in their division in the last month of the season. They won the NL pennant but lost the World Series. Amazing and underrated comeback though
2021 Cardinals needed miracle after miracle after miracle to make the playoffs, sure they disappointed in the playoffs but I think that season was most magical.
how could you forget the 04 red sox turnaround? playing .500 ball for the first half of the season but then they finally click with better defense and come back in the alcs
Not even kidding I had them on my list originally, but these teams I had listed had much bigger deficits to overcome. The Red Sox in 04 I think were around a game back at the trade deadline.
Good list but imo the '21 Braves should be higher, they did it without Acuna and dominated in the postseason

It's insane you didn't put the 2023 Yankees on this list. Aaron Boone himself said it's right in front of us
LMFAO
Braves deserve to be way higher on this list
now do mid-season chokes :)
The 2005 Astros deserve a mention. Going from 15 games under .500 to an NL pennant is pretty impressive when you consider the line-up and competition.
Should have mentioned the 2015 Toronto blue jays who were 50-51 and went on to win 93 and the division. Cool video though
Dude…. 91 Braves worst to first
That was over 2 seasons.
@@rhyde still was like 10 games back at the break
I personally would have put the 2007 Rockies on this list but it's not a bad list

As a stros fan them braves and nationals we like ehh? Same team😅 we let 2 of them go. Hey we ran out of trash cans those yrs.
😂😂😂😂😂
I'll tell anyone who listens that the 2006 Twins could have been a great team if Liriano never got hurt
93 Braves
2015 Mets
What printed you to make this video
9:55 Montreal Marlins 49 in table looks good! 😂👽🔪
😂😂😂😂😂😂

15 jays had an insane turnaround
Mariners one needs to be higher ngl. The franchise literally wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for that turnaround
Great point!
2021 Cardinals needed miracle after miracle after miracle to make the playoffs, sure they disappointed in the playoffs but I think that season was most magical.
Marlins should be 1
seattle mariners 2023

Great list. 1-3 are interchangeable IMO
I feel like this year could be the Red Sox or the reds
This vid is a perfect example of it's not how you start in this great game of baseball, is how you finish. It's a marathon...
It's really two seasons in one. More like the first half is a warm up to the second half
05 Astros??
The 2011 season can sod off, that's all I got to say about that.
