Hi mike actually she used alkaline water and when i tried making noodles it worked best with white flour with a rather small grain size i think you guys used brown bread flour anyways i love your vids and hi from mauritius hope all of u are fine and in good health😬
I love how they didn’t bother taking the plastic bags off when they were “picking it from the ground” because they didn’t want the vegetables to actually touch the dirt since they’d have to wash it more thoroughly lmao
I mean the reason why she used a steep bag is because A they didn’t wash them so that some of the impurity’s don’t get in B so you don’t have to filter the peppercorn/star spice
It's actually possible to make noodles out of whole wheat flour. But it needs different treatment than what lizqi did hahaha i feel bad when they tasted the noodles hahahaha
