I've always admired and loved Rick Derringer since the days of Johnny Winter and in the Seventies, where Rick performed yeoman work with the band. Although i was just a kid then, it burned into my mind an indelible memory of real music made by really talented people. Rock on Rick!

Saw Les Dudek open for Pat Travers & Dickey Betts at Winterland - 1978. That was a great gig.

Learned a lot of R&R chops in the day from you and your bandmates back in 76. Still got pics from Omaha when you opened for Aerosmith. Thanks for your inspiration!

Thanks for all the great music Rick & Les! It was fun to hear a little "around the scenes private stories" here, and in part two! Would be awesome if you recorded something together guys, and put up on this program! I've been a long time fan and saw you when you were in Sweden with Edgar Winter, Rick. I also helped you out in the very beginning with converting some music files for uploading to your first web page ;) waaaaaay back! LOL! Hope to see you both back in Sweden blasting out your great music! 🎸🎶👍🏼 Take care and stay safe guys!

Rick I’ve always admired you and Les. Please tell your videographer to close mic or use a couple of lavalier mics in the future. The echoing room sound is hard for me to understand the dialog. Thanks and keep on rocking!

Rick this is Gary Storm. You have a continuous influence in my life. First time I seen you perform was in 1973 at the Oakland. Coliseum, you were all over the stage what a great show . You did the show or should I say stole the show with the Baby’s and Bad Co. Frankenstein was beyond description. I listened to all the Steely Dan stuff and loved it. My uncle just died his liver gave out his favorite bands were you Santana, Steely Dan. What is a coincidence you were in 2/3 of his favorite bands

Can anyone verify that Les Dudek was once married to Cher ?? Love ya Rick Derringer, Do you remember the big nightclub in Jacksonville FL.
    THE PLAYGROUND SOUTH.. ???
My band played there every so often. You came in and did a one nighter there . Your band used our system.. that was a night to remember..
