- Hi & welcome back!
If you are coming from the last Poland vlog of our time spent in Krakow ( • Krakow, Poland Vlog | ... ) I mentioned that after we were headed to my sister's (@JuliasAllure) boyfriend's small town of Krzatka, Poland. In this vlog we get to know Arek's family, and see where he grew up. We were also in town for his cousin's communion and so we were able to celebrate and meet the entire family. We had a lovely time relaxing in the Polish countryside where we were able to reset our batteries in nature. I absolutely loved his family, especially his sweet grandmother - Babcia, and the lovely dogs that you see as well! We spent most of our time in his "cottage" as Babcia would call it, but we also visited a few towns near by as well. This was our stop in between Krakow, and also Rome (stay tuned for that vlog)!
I hope you enjoy this travel vlog, as it is different than the usual fast paced travel vlogs that I put out. It was mine and my sister's first time in Poland, and we really enjoyed ourselves, and love the people that we were able to meet. As you can tell, I ended up getting quite emotional saying goodbye, which is how I know I will definitely be back soon! Thanks for watching :)

I loved this video. You managed to capture the true picture of Polish countryside: its people, their hospitality and nature around. And it is such a positive image sent to the world about us. I'm Polish so I'm really grateful, thanks a lot :)))

Hi! thanks for sharing your nice video, I enjoyed watching , I like Polish food specially pierogi bardzo dobrze, we're living here in Stalowa Wola..happy family and your dog is cute.. have a nice day! God bless everyone.
Thank you so much!! 💗 I love all pierogi hehe! I miss those dogs already!
What a beautiful farm! The food looks fantastic also.
Daniel Spoerle yes it really was the ultimate comfort food ☺️
I have been to many polish festivals here in central Texas. There is a ( or was a) strong German, chech and Polish culture here. Now that culture is shifting to another culture. I now realize how precious the Polish culture is and now want to move to Poland. You don't realize what you have until it's gone sometimes I guess.
Oh wow! Are you Polish? I understand the importance of keeping your culture close. Where I live in Toronto there are little pockets to be reminded of that, like little Italy for me personally. If I ever want good Polish food there is also a Polish community as well. I hope you can get in touch with your roots again 😊 It’s a beautiful thing.
I am a mix of western and eastern European by my heritage. Both sides of my family have been in Texas since the 1850's though. The farm you guys were at in Poland reminded me of my mother's family farm. It takes a tremendous amount of work to keep a farm looking that good. Interesting to know Toronto has its own pockets of different cultures. My wife and I actually live in Houston, the most culturally diverse city in the States. Which is nice, but it has gotten very crime ridden and dangerous here.
Daniel spurlee Sorry I am just seeing this now!! I believe Toronto is one of the most multicultural cities in the world actually! I am not Polish (my sister’s boyfriend is), I am Italian by ethnicity, but born in Canada. ☺️
Oh Krzątka is very close to me, glad you enjoyed the trip ;)
Thank you! We really loved being in nature and of course the kind people and food ☺️
@@ladolcelisa You weren't even close to all the good food over there (btw. Wieliczka salt mine near Kraków is nice place to check out, maybe in future) :D but yeah limited time during travels sucks, at least Poland is cheap for travelers.
norbert nowak I am referring to Babcia’s cooking hehe.. Yes, we were limited, next time I would stay longer and see more! ☺️

@@ladolcelisa Anyway... i looked through your catalog of vids and noticed something. Your Poland videos have SO MANY MORE views than any others. And not just by a few, but many thousands.
I think you know what that means... get your passport ready.

@@ladolcelisa Any plans to visit Australia ??? Remember if you go one time to Poland , you go back faster then you think. Eat Pierogi and Paczki =)
Ale ładna dziewczyna ❤
Dziękuję Ci 🤗
my great-grandmother was from here!
That’s so cool! I bet they know each other, it’s an extremely small town.
@@ladolcelisa Well actually I recognized one of your boyfriend's relatives as a match on my 23&me account!
Peter M Conroy wow that is very interesting! It is my sisters boyfriend! I will let him know lol
I wish you would have posted pictures of the town. I was born in Krzatka but left it more than 50 years ago. would have love to see what it looks like now.
Aw I filmed as much as I could.. we never explored enough of the town. I will definitely go back again and hopefully film. My sister’s boyfriend’s babcia is also named Helena, I wonder if you know each other! 🤗
@@ladolcelisa I haven't been there in over 45 years and was just curious to see how things changed. I don't remember much about the town but was interested to see who still lives there and what it looks like. I would have to know her last name to see if I know her. My sister and I don't know much about our family since our parents are gone and there is no one left to tell us about it. I think I still have some distant cousins that live there. I think there last name is Paduch and Lewicki. The next time you go, post some pictures of the town and the church.
@@ladolcelisa what is your sister's boyfriend's last name. He said he was born there, maybe I know his family.
Rog is the last name of his grandmother who lives in the village. 45 years wow!! I hope you get the chance to revisit one day 🤗
I wish my babcia was like yours
november132 haha ditto.. She is not my Babcia either, she is my sister’s boyfriend Arek’s Babcia.. I love her! 💗
