It might be because avatar fans (as a whole) don’t watch reaction videos as much as other fandoms like Jinjer and Tool. I try not to pigeon hole myself and cover only the same few artists but you gotta stick to the big ones to grow.
@@planetxmetal the fandom is pretty small, and I think we can't grow without support like reaction videos. I watched all of them 😅 Thank you for your reaction!
They have alot of cool songs and videos - Smells like a freekshow - Hail the apokalyps - welcome to avatar country - torn apart - let it burn - black walz - silence, in the age of apes - the Eagle has landed - bloody angel
I think the whole point of the song is to feel very manufactured and industrial, thats why its the arrangement is the way it is. I dont care either way. Im a late comer to Avatar and this song is FUCKING AWESOME!!! Crushing riff, soaring chorus....just EPIC. Ive been a metal head for over 30 years and this shit is why I still am. Its a fresh...new...sound. Not the same old stuff. I fuckin LOVE Avatar!
It's funny you mention how stiff they are! Its pretty specific to this music video, when they perform live they are super dynamic and move around a lot. Great video! It's always nice to see reaction videos actually have criteria for songs, versus just "I liked it"
Well, the guy was usual size, cyborg lady is colossal. The song about it, I suppose. In the clip, an experiment is performed to increase the effectiveness of the cyborg's work by spurring the organic part of the brain. She was forced to come up with a new thing. Or I'm stupid and I can't figure out how to assemble these things together. 😅 Unlike the plot of the clip, when listening to it, I see a completely free laboratory creature (possibly as a result of an uprising) asking from its creator already as an equal. Now time for interested facts!😘 In the song have cameo of Corey Taylor - "Colossus arise" growling. He also whistles in А Secret Door and helped finish the Wormhole lyrics (pre-chorus).Opening speech was inspired by old Twilight Zone series. But narrator voice of Johannes fully open in Feathers & Flesh (In His Own Words) 2017. First name of the song was Gilgamesh. The Gilgamesh Project was to build a fully functional human brain inside a computer. Who is aware of himself, and therefore considers himself a person. Very creepy. From the book by Yuval Noah Harari Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind. Drummer John and vocalist Johannes read it and very inspired.Song name Colossus was idea of the bassist Henrik. Also reference to Colossus of Rhodes. I remembered an interesting fact. Have you noticed that the hologram platform is located in an abandoned building? So, one dude in 2019 created an installation of solar-powered mp3 players that continuously play Toto - Africa in the Namib desert. It's still there. There is something sad about it.
"In the image of man We breed our demons On the wide wings of science Our abomination of a child flies" I interpret it as the woman is a giant being created by man and put through testing, and shes given the "little human" to give her incentive to do what shes ordered
Makes me so happy when I see Avatar reactions, they don’t get as much attention on reaction videos as I wish they would

@@planetxmetal I'm searching for avatar reactions pretty much every week, and always keep suggesting them to reactors :D

I saw them a couple years ago opening for Sevendust. They freaked everyone out 🤣
@@planetxmetal Yeah, even if someone leaves not liking the music, they cant deny Avatar knows how to put on a show

Did you know Corey Taylor was helping Avatar with this album? Did you here his voice in the last word in the song “Arise”.
Nu Metal? Please don't insult Avatar like that.
Corey Taylor screamed "Colossus, arise" with the singer and also whistled on A Secret Door by Avatar) (this one has a very weird video)
🤘🏻
Do more AVATAR!
Please!
I think Avatar is best live, the videos takes focus from the music.
Nice
Do napalm by them most epic
