The exact reason why I think people should refuse to debate more often is that exact reasoning. If you were interested in truth, you would admit you couldn't know his reasoning without him saying so or indicating a reason. You didn't, and that reveals that the debate, no matter the motive, would result in people biasing one way or the other and ignoring the truth in all things.

The meaning of debate is not to prove yourself right and the other the person opposite wrong. If you walk into a debate with the intention of “winning” you have already lost. A debate is when people bring different viewpoints on the table and formally discuss them. When both understand each other “not agree” but understand each other they thank each other, shake hands, and go about their day. This is achieved with the mindset of understanding. How can I understand the other person rather than trying to make them understand me. God calls us to always be open to others when they seek truth. There are times when friends need to be put aside so your focus is on God but I believe this was not one of them. I’m sorry to put it this way but your pastor is not correct. James 5:20 says, “Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death.” I pray that you seek understanding from not one man but from other believers as well GiDeon. JIDEON, watching your old video used to be a very enjoyable part of my day especially after work. They used to make me laugh and the sense of humor in them used to get me laughing so much. I was going to say what Jidion did was wrong but now I think about it why would Sneako want to debate him in the first place and I realized Sneako ain't doing it to defend his religion he is doing it to get views. The exact reason why I think people should refuse to debate more often is that exact reasoning. If you were interested in truth, you would admit you couldn't know his reasoning without him saying so or indicating a reason. You didn't, and that reveals that the debate, no matter the motive, would result in people biasing one way or the other and ignoring the truth in all things.

The meaning of debate is not to prove yourself right and the other the person opposite wrong. If you walk into a debate with the intention of “winning” you have already lost. A debate is when people bring different viewpoints on the table and formally discuss them. When both understand each other “not agree” but understand each other they thank each other, shake hands, and go about their day. This is achieved with the mindset of understanding. How can I understand the other person rather than trying to make them understand me. God calls us to always be open to others when they seek truth. There are times when friends need to be put aside so your focus is on God but I believe this was not one of them.

JIDEON, watching your old video used to be a very enjoyable part of my day especially after work. They used to make me laugh and the sense of humor in them used to get me laughing so much.
I would always notice how you handle the people who get angry at you doing some of the harmless pranks and they would give a huge reaction being completely silly and outrageous for nothing and you'd always not take these people seriously.
