This is the best explanation that I’ve seen. But I’m still wondering what keeps the one with the hole in it from turning because I can’t see what the slot in it slides into and why does it go in any way? I have had mine in and out about six times and the engine starts good but seems to run away every time but it will shut off with the fuel shut off
I want to do another video for you guys because I don’t think I can answer your question clearly. The groove of slot on the plunger slides into position in the fuel pump body with a little dowel locator in the body. I will post another video in a few days if you want to hold off for a bit
He explained towards the end where he saw the pin fell out. The small pin aligns with the groove just below it and keeps it in place. Don't tilt the pump and lose that pin or you'll have a bad cylinder. GREAT VIDEO!!! Can't wait for grizzly to do a 4 cylinder with geared rack as well as when the rack is frozen where slide pin doesn't match engine opening. Stuck. There's the side fuel adjust secret 😉
Tell it like a story, I like that. Thanks for your input. I don’t say that sarcastically. It takes me awhile to get good at something but once I get it I’m good. Practice makes perfect and listening to constructive criticism.
I'd have to say it was very clearly described if you were a little familiar with the mechanics of the pump and have some understanding of the parts. Great Video. Actually one of the BEST! 😊
Well explained. Thanks 👍
Thank you! I’m glad this could help.
