It does happen STOP THE VIOLENCE MARCHES that don't hit the news cycles, unless its on Roland Martin n not even their sometimes.... its really about the devil and wrestling against not flesh n blood etc, etc, etc.
This statement is a result of your own ignorance. The only time crimes within a singular race are mentioned is in reference to “black on black” crimes. Have you ever heard of a mass shooting at a school referenced to as white on white crime? There is a reason for that. Realistically individuals are subject to crimes of proximity meaning that the diversity of a neighborhood is the best indicator of the race of a person that will commit a crime. The best tool for identifying the likelihood for criminality, statistically, is economics. Poor neighborhoods have higher crime rates. It’s not about being nice but about being educated which will have a vaster impact on black communities than blindly following racist narratives that are unsupported by facts.

Fumi I have come to like you especially as a sister myself. Something I have noticed about many young people nowadays is like every step they make is to bring disgrace, grief and suffering to their families. I made the observation that the video of the young lady being beaten looked staged and in truth it was because it was being filmed. In my opinion if it gets to court it might well be a manslaughter case instead of murder because it's obvious the death was accidental. I mean they were friends on vacation and one chap was even encouraging her to fight back. People are known to do any amount of crazy stuff in the privacy of their homes.

Thank you Fumi, I am soo happy this young lady will be getting her due justice. Those people should not be walking around free when they all participated in her demise. That situation is very scary, because it IS kind of sending out a message that a person could go to Mexico, commit a murder and be free of rightful prosecution for it. There was a famous actor who killed a woman on set in New Mexico, recently; Alec Baldwin was using a loaded gun as a prop on set, Halyna Hutchins, was killed, this man is only facing 18 mo. in prison plus a 5,000 fine, or 5 years in prison??! What kind of justice is this for a innocent life? Saying this to say, from this, what kind of message would you say is being displayed to the world about Mexico's justice system?
That was totally different, it was an ACCIDENT...NOT even remotely the SAME!!
KLR-I agree Mexico has to act because it’s not a good look. It can affect tourism. Who wants to travel to a country where people can obviously do what they want and walk off without consequences? Alec Baldwin’s situation on the other hand while a terrible accident, happened in New Mexico{here in the USA} and will be prosecuted for manslaughter which is appropriate since it was an accident. Should he get a lot of time, I don’t believe so because he didn’t realize the gun was loaded and depended on the armorer as an expert. Now the armorer should do a lot of time because as the “expert” on set it’s her job to make sure things are in order, which meant that Gun shouldn’t have been loaded with live rounds and she should’ve ran checks.
