  • The experiences you have in your childhood and the beliefs that are formed impact how you view the world. Habitual behavior patterns and how you think and feel about yourself are also affected by your past. To heal wounds from your childhood, you can become the inner parent to your younger self, meet their needs, and help them feel safe.
    This is not changing the past, which isn’t possible. This is about changing your relationship with the past so you can shift your beliefs about yourself and therefore your behaviors.
    In this meditative coaching process, take this opportunity to offer yourself kindness, compassion, and understanding, and cultivate gratitude for yourself and your inner child.

    I went to the same counselor from 22 years old to 48 and she retired God was so good to give me a counselor that not only steered me toward God but loved me as a mom would and still does I'm 55 now but she never taught me what this one meditation just showed May me..
    If u knew what I have endured youd say how are you still sane,
    My belief in God,
    Well, thats shifting now too..
    Im seeing things i did not see before,
    I honored my moms desth because God said it eas right.
    She and i could be in each others company for 3 days before she passed.
    And I've come to understand she was thr best mom she could be due to her own starting heavy drugs and I do mean heavy at a very young age I was told around 11..
    Her brain hasn't formed enough to know what love was sadly what I dealt with growing up and teach me how to love either I loved my son with everything I had and we're just now getting to speaking to one another..
    I believe it is already done. Thank you i cfied the 1st time i tried this but tonight I was ready

    Big birthday coming up for me and parents passed away somewhat recently. Perfect time to help myself birth little baby me! This meditation has helped me with the inspiration just now. I shall doodle and draw and write about my inner child work. Thank you so much for helping with the spark of new life! 💥👶🏼💝

    Meditating with music can help to reduce stress and anxiety. The soothing sounds of the music can help to calm the mind and body, and can also help to block out distractions. This can be especially helpful for people who are feeling stressed or anxious

    Hello which course you are suggesting to follow for inner child work?
    I have done the above one and it was very emotional and it felt good.
    Can I do it everyday?

    Actually a nice meditation but I had no time to think any thought or feeling to the end. We were told to think back etc but the guidance continued way too fast ...I hate it when I take time for a meditation and then get interrupted continuously when the first deep feelings start to come up...

    I usually like love your meditations but some feedback is that you talk to much during them. For exemple during this one everytime I was trying to talk to my inner child your voice came up and gave examples or Said something. There was not much room for me have a dialouge with my inner child. Just some feedback! Otherwise thank you for great meditations!
