Ruined Nursery/Gallery Items without Bombs or Boost

The dip to the left at 0:25 is deliberate as you can sometimes miss the load trigger there.
Have to release and re-press L at 1:15 in order to get full influence back.
Ideally you land in aether at 2:00 so you can just grab the missile from the side.
The dash is the hardest part. It can be skipped with a bunch of aether jumping.
