Disclaimer: The black screen appearing for a few seconds at 7:54 , is due to that it was supposed to be a picture there, but during editing/exporting I propably moved the source picture to another folder on my computer too quickly - which removed the source of the imported media in Lightworks and caused it to be a simple gap instead. Sorry for that, but well it became a "time jump cut" instead. //Martin
The cloud up is a great little tent. I also have it but in grey. Very easy to pitch and quite roomy. Not had any snow here in England apart from the mountains . Thanks for sharing 👍
Absolutely agree with you! It has a pretty small foot print, but yet it is surprisingly spacious inside! Good airflow, decent sized vestibule - it's hard not to love it. Thank you, have fun out there!
@@mkadventure72 Such a versitale tent, both the 1 and 2 person! The only real downside is the inner first pitch, but I mean even that can be "by-passed"!
Thanks a lot, John!😃 Now as spring comes running I guess we both need to settle for wet and pollen infested camps for a while, but well there's a winter again in a few months😅
@@fiskmasadventuresYour welcome 😀 Yes lol getting more and more rain here in the UK think all winter as none stop rain, just hope the summer is a lot better, think the most thing in the summer months here are the midges. hope you have a nice week, atb John
@@johnoutdoors6273 Yeah it is sad, I guess we need to get used to overall warmer winter temperatures, but like you said at least we don't have to fight the midges like we have to during summer😅 Have a great one, take care mate!
Thanks a lot, glad to hear that! And yes it definately does. I haven't tried it in heavy snowfall, that needs to be clarified, but dealing with cold and snowy/wet ground is no problem at all.
Would this tent do well for summiting higher mountains in snow? I live in Montana & do a lot of mountaineering trips but I dont wanna spend 1200+ $ on a tent haha
It depends on what type of conditions those environments will challenge you with. I would not recommend this tent if you're expecting harsh summit conditions; even though I love it, it's not that kind of equipment. I would though, recommend you to take a look at the Robens tents if you have them available to order in the US, they are better for harsh conditions and still budget(-ish) friendly.
Haha ja, det är något jag har funderat på faktiskt! Det som gör att jag inte gjort det, bortsett budget, är att jag gillar att inte kunna ramla ur samt att jag kan röra mig fritt i tältet😄 Men tack så mycket!

I have cloud up 1, and i love that tent. there is plenty of room for equipment ,despite the low weight and pack volume

Very enjoyable to watch, I’m glad to see that tent holds its own in the snow
