Former CoP Gary Griffth: T&T national security needs to step up

With Trinidad and Tobago at risk of losing over $800M in foreign aid from the US, following President Donald Trump's latest economic move, former police commissioner Gary Griffith says this country should not be dependent on foreign aid to enhance its national security measures.
