Well. A crawl cellar underneith, is useally ventilated thru the walls. At least 2 vents. And they didn't put membrane or plastic under the concrete... So the moist, if there are any, sweat up into the concrete.. And there might be a radon problem. Without vents underneith, it has to come up. Small cracks or alongside the walls. The now past administration felt the need to spend near 10 million to explore all these technics. materials and tech aren't the problem, REGULATION IS. You should wonder how (money, finance, labor) all these towns were built back in the 1870s to 1930s with strong materials, and skilled labor. Let's try those technics again.
My uncle Rod had one of those houses they call a California Orange crate with the rock with. In the 70s he had a spray insulation roof put on it. Never leaked again🎉 completely smooth unlike the one they showed. Arctic white kept the house nice and cool🎉
Some very good building systems, aside from the spray foam, and iso brick foundation, pretty sure none of the building systems are allowed in the U.S. building codes. I didn't see any mortar being used on the auto brick laying machine.
Please check Poliurethane foam... is it really durable in moist environments???? NOOOO! Just have a look at your shoes that have lost their soles due to PUR degradation. Not even environment-friendly....
