McGinnis turrets may take at least 3 seconds to kill, but with lower health scaling and spirit resist they likely will die in 3-4 seconds. And their DPS was actually reduced (they now shoot ~3.25 times per second instead of supposed 4, and combining RoF effects on them can easily hit the cap) so they can do less damage in that time. At least higher bullet velocity makes them a bit less likely to outright miss moving targets that aren't too far... And yes, her ult is still very unwieldy and I don't know if it ever will get buffed to a "nice to use even if you don't build ult" state.

@@bandito6587McGinnis turrets still have a ROF cap, and that cap is unchanged - prior to this patch, you needed 2 of (T2 turret upgrade, heroic aura, medicinal spectre buff) to get turrets to reach the ROF cap. You now hit the ROF cap much easier (only takes one of heroic aura or dispenser buff), but since the ROF cap wasn't increased and base DPS was lowered, the turrets' overall DPS ceiling has been lowered significantly (while the floor was brought up a little bit more, just due to them missing fewer shots now)

Pocket finally gets a W update. The arcane dash and the spirit headshot slinger huge for him. Regen nerf is good for his ult. Only negative is silence glyph cooldown could shut him down. It was a pretty big cooldown buff.
Do they not want a support role? Kelvin support build was arguably the only true support in the game. The nerf to his grenade heal (2nd nerf now) essentially kills his support build. It was nerfed 20%, while other heals were nerfed 2%. I was getting like 30k healing per game using ALL the healing items (heal booster, healing nova, and rescue beam). Now it will be closer to 20k, which isn't worth it.
The Kelvin change looks significant, but it's a burst heal option compared to most of the other supports having their sustained healing reduced. It was also reduced by a flat number (-25 Healing) with no scaling change, making it more impactful early rather than later.
Fair points. The grenade heal upgrade is T2, so it's like a minute 6 upgrade and it will impact early healing. But given that the base is -25 (20% less) it will also inherently not scale as high into the late game. The support build felt balanced before this change as I was only averaging 2 kills per game and my effectiveness was in keeping teammates alive (and not dying myself). I haven't played the patch yet, so I'll have to see how it feels.
