@@Valentino13373 I'm gonna find out if this is actually true. Arnold had tiny calves and decided to work them 6 days a week and ended up with great ones. I feel like how skinny people think "I have a high metabolism" and "I eat so much and can't gain weight" is the same with calves. "I could train them everyday and nothing would grow" yea...but do you? Have you done the work and not seen results? Sure genetics do play in the size a bit just like genetics play a bit in all things but if you do the work I'm sure they would grow. 5 x 15/20 6 days a week for 2 months. I'll report back with my pathetic calf size and will see how much I can put on in 2 months working them days a week.

wushu1984 cailer squats in the 800s and clarence barely 700s. Cailer is also stronger at benching and you cant even compare clarence rowing strength to his. Only lifts clarence is better are the olympic ones, but they are so much skill dependent so its not the best way to measure strength.

I started doing cheat rows after I watched the supertraining video were Cailer did them. I wasn't familiar with Cailer at the time, and it was one of the craziest things I've ever seen. In about 6 months my deadlift went from 455 to 525 at 175 lbs bodyweight.
Cheat rows get a bad rap for no reason. Honestly, I think they better support deadlift than strict rows.

Rows are a seriously underappreciated exercise IMO. If you search for 'strongest deadlift/squat/bench' you get a million results but there's almost nothing for barbell or dumbbell rows. With that said, those 250kg rows were stupidly fucking strong and easily one of the most impressive feats of upper body strength I've seen.

When I swing a little during barbell rows my upper back/ neck/ spine hurts a little. I'm doing them with strict form now to prevent this. I'm just wondering what I did wrong for my neck to "tweak"
